PBS Systems is seeking an Accounting Customer Service Representative to join our Client Services team. You will train customers in the accounting module of our software and assist during development, installation, and training of their dealership software.

Responsibilities include handling inquiries through multiple channels, documenting interactions, collaborating with departments, and pursuing continuous personal and professional development while traveling across the USA and Canada as needed.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Accounting diploma or certificate preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Responsabilidades

• Handle incoming issues and requests via phone, email, and live chat in a professional, timely manner.
• Log interactions in the ticketing system and escalate when needed.
• Collaborate with other teams to improve service delivery.
• Identify opportunities to improve client experience and processes.
• Develop knowledge of PBS software and supporting infrastructure.
• Achieve program certifications within timelines.
• Meet KPI targets and department metrics.
• Travel at least 1 week per month across USA and Canada.
• Stay updated on software releases and new features.
