This role partners with Operations, brands, analytics, finance, legal, product, and technology to drive measurable financial and customer outcomes.

You will own ROI analyses, publish a comprehensive scorecard, and translate policy into scalable self-service and agent-facing solutions, guiding leadership with data-driven recommendations.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in strategy, operations, finance, consulting, or related field.
• Experience leading complex, cross-functional programs from strategy through implementation.
• Ability to analyze financial, operational, customer and workforce metrics.

Responsibilities

• Lead traveler compensation strategy across refunds, goodwill offers, credits and related treatments.
• Own compensation policies and strategy balancing traveler outcomes with business value.
• Partner with Operations, brands, analytics, finance, legal, product and technology.
• Own ROI analysis and monitor major compensation spend and loss management initiatives.
• Publish a compensation and loss management scorecard and drive program roadmaps.
