You will partner with Operations, brands, analytics, finance, legal, product, and technology to turn data into scalable solutions, manage ROI, and drive measurable improvements in traveler outcomes and financial performance.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in strategy, operations, finance, or related field.
• Led cross-functional programs from strategy to implementation with governance and risk management.
• Experience analyzing financial, operational, and workforce metrics to drive outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive traveler compensation strategy across refunds, goodwill offers, credits, and related treatments.
• Own policies and strategy, balancing traveler outcomes with business value.
• Partner with Operations, brands, analytics, finance, legal, product, and technology to align recommendations and execution.
• Own ROI analysis and publish a compensation and loss management scorecard.
• Collaborate with Product and Technology to integrate treatments into self-service and agent tools.
• Provide program management for roadmaps, dependencies, milestones, and risk management.
