Job summary

Healing Partners is seeking a Nurse Practitioner specialized in wound care to oversee resident and staff health across multiple Skilled Nursing Facilities. Daily travel to facilities and coordination with physicians will be required to optimize care.

Applicants must hold an active APRN license in the state, a Master’s in Nursing, and Covid vaccination. This full-time role offers a competitive salary of $100,000–$120,000 per year plus benefits and a sign-on plan.

Qualifications

• Must be currently licensed as a registered nurse in the state.
• Current Active, unrestricted state APRN license or ability to obtain prior to hire.
• Successful completion of an approved nurse practitioner program.

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct and evaluate resident and employee health care in long-term care.
• Daily travel to various facilities. Regions can vary based on scheduling needs.
• Examine and treat chronic and acute wound-related illnesses and injuries.
• Refer to physicians, write prescriptions, and perform bedside procedures in wound care.
• Work with medical director in care and treatment of residents and staff.
