Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 1 year general carpentry experience preferred.
• Must have a valid Wisconsin driver's license and good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Install window and door products per company standards and processes.
• Prepare job site for setup and tear down.
• Collaborate with Foreman or Field Technician to maximize installation efficiency.
• Build positive homeowner relations and meet customer expectations.
• Maintain safety and keep the job site clean and organized.
