• Must have a valid Wisconsin driver's license and good driving record.
• At least one year window and door installation experience.
• Previous experience installing windows and/or patio doors is a major plus.
• General tool knowledge and safety practices.
• Must be able to lift up to 70lbs and work on heights.

Responsibilities

• Onsite installation/removal of windows and doors
• Recognize situations that would impact customer expectations, job costs and/or code performance and provide solutions
• Maintain a thorough knowledge of product, install techniques, and construction basics
• Strive for customer satisfaction by ensuring that customers accept proposed solutions and/or alternate techniques; maintain relation with customer before, during and after installation

Job Details: Job Location: APPLETON, WI 54914, Salary Range: $17.00 - $20.00 Hourly, Renewal by Andersen, America's premier replacement window and door company, is seeking experienced window and door installers to join our teams of elite craftsmen. This is a full time, year-round, W2 position.
