Job summary

RPMGlobal is seeking a Welder/Millwright to cut and weld steel and aluminum, using stick and wire-feed welders, and to operate oxy-acetylene torches. You will read blueprints and coordinate with plant operations to identify needs across NESL locations in PA.

The role requires welding experience, AWS certification, and a valid Class C CDL with DOT medical card, plus a safety-first, team-oriented mindset and willingness to travel. High school diploma or GED is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum welding experience and AWS Welding Certification.
• Driver’s License Class C with DOT Medical Card (or willingness to obtain).
• Positive attitude and willingness to grow and learn.
• Team mindset and safety/quality focus.

Responsibilities

• Cut and weld steel and aluminum via stick and wire-feed welders.
• Use oxy acetylene torches.
• Work off blueprints and sketches.
• Communicate with plant operations to identify areas of need.
• Travel between NESL locations to provide services.
• Additional duties as deemed necessary.
• Learn more about the Materials & Aggregate Industry in PA.
