Job summary

GTP – Global Tungsten & Powders in Towanda, PA is seeking a Millwright. You will install, repair, and test piping systems, move machines with rigging, and perform welding and fabrication. The role requires adherence to safety standards, including LOTO and hot work permits, and knowledge of NFPA/NEC/ASME/OSHA codes.

Experience with pipefitting, welding, and heavy equipment is preferred. This is an hourly position offering hands-on maintenance in a high-tech manufacturing environment within

Qualifications

• Trade-school or equivalent military program preferred.
• Experience with welding and pipefitting.
• Ability to pass safety tests and training requirements.

Responsibilities

• Install, replace, or repair piping and test for leaks.
• Move machines and equipment using rigging gear.
• Perform bench and field welding and metal fabrication.
• Follow safety procedures including LOTO, confined space, and hot work permits.
• Adhere to installation codes (NFPA, NEC, ASME, OSHA).
• Identify and install correct valves for piping systems.
• Operate powered mobile equipment as required.
• Maintain clean, orderly work areas and equipment.
