Job summary

Capstone Logistics is seeking experienced Warehouse Selectors and Reach Truck Operators to join our Travel Team. This role supports warehouse start-ups and operational needs across the country. Candidates must be flexible, safety-focused, and ready to deploy quickly.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of warehouse selector experience in a grocery distribution environment.
• Proven experience operating powered equipment (EPJ, forklifts, reach trucks, clampers).
• Proficiency with voice and RF picking systems (Vocollect, Voxware, RF scanners).
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform frequent bending, reaching, and movement.
• Strong commitment to safety-first practices.
• Willingness to travel for 8+ weeks at a time.
• Ability to deploy within 1–2 weeks of offer acceptance.

Responsibilities

• Perform order selection in a fast-paced grocery warehouse environment.
• Operate powered industrial equipment including EPJ, forklifts, clampers, and reach trucks.
• Utilize warehouse technology such as Vocollect, Voxware, and RF scanners.
• Safely move, stack, and transport product throughout the facility.
• Follow all safety, quality, and productivity standards.
• Support start-up and ongoing warehouse operations as needed.
• Perform additional job duties as assigned.
