Capstone Logistics is seeking a Warehouse Selector for the Travel & Local Team in Lithonia, GA. This hybrid role combines home-site duties with deployments to partner facilities across the country.

You’ll lead by example, learn quickly, and adapt to new processes while supporting safety and productivity on diverse projects, often lasting 6+ weeks. Weekly pay, paid training, and benefits after 60 days are available.

Qualifications

• Warehouse experience preferred.
• Ability to lift 25–75 lbs and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to travel and remain deployed for 6+ weeks.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Leadership and teamwork mindset.

Responsibilities

• Loading and unloading freight.
• Selecting, picking, sorting, and staging product.
• Building and wrapping pallets.
• Moving freight safely throughout the facility.
• Operating warehouse equipment when trained and authorized.
• Auditing, counting, and verifying product.
• Supporting warehouse start-ups and operational transitions.
• Helping teams meet safety, quality, and productivity goals.
• Keeping work areas clean, organized, and safe.
