Qualifications

• ARDMS certification in AB/OB/GYN or BR and RVT; BLS required.
• Epic charting experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform general and vascular ultrasound procedures.
• 8.5-hour day shifts from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM with a 30-minute lunch break.
• No weekend or holiday rotation requirements.
• Travelers may be placed on call during low census hours; 2-hour call back when called back to the facility.
• Single-staffed department supporting general and vascular imaging needs.

Job Details

• 13-week contract with 40 guaranteed hours per week
• 8.5-hour day shifts from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM with a 30-minute lunch break
• No weekend or holiday rotation requirements
• Travelers may be placed on call during low census hours, which count toward 36 non-billable low census hours
• If called back to the facility, a minimum 2-hour call back applies
• Observed holidays include New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas Day
• Single-staffed department serving general and vascular ultrasound patients
• Average of 8 scheduled patients per day plus emergency room add-ons
• Perform general and vascular ultrasound procedures
• Associate degree or certificate required in an accredited Diagnostic Medical Sonography program
• Minimum of 1 year of ultrasound technologist experience required
• Required certifications: ARDMS (AB, OB/GYN, or BR), ARDMS (RVT), and BLS (AHA or ARC only)
• Epic charting experience highly preferred
• Professional scrubs in any color required
• Must reside 50 miles or more from the facility
• Guaranteed hours are not applicable during orientation week
