Benedictine is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) Float to join our compassionate care team. This role requires travel to multiple Benedictine facilities to provide high-quality resident care with a focus on safety, comfort, and well-being.

You will develop and implement care plans, administer medications, and collaborate with associates and residents across the region. A current RN license in good standing is required, along with excellent communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Must hold an RN license in good standing.
• Excellent communication skills required.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate resident care.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English.
