Job summary

Benedictine is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) Float to travel between Benedictine facilities in the upper Midwest, delivering compassionate care to residents alongside a trusted team of associates and teammates.

You will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate resident care, requiring a current RN license in good standing, strong organization, and excellent communication skills. A robust benefits package supports PTO, retirement, medical, dental, vision, and education assistance.

Qualifications

• Must hold current RN license in good standing.
• Ability to travel between Benedictine facilities.
• Excellent communication with residents, family and team members.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement care plans based on assessments.
• Administer medications and monitor resident health.
• Provide care across multiple Benedictine facilities as required.
• Document and communicate changes in resident status clearly.

We're looking for a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) Float to join our compassionate, care-giving team and partner with us to continue our reputation of caring for people's loved ones.

• The RN develops and implements appropriate plan of care based on assessment.
• The RN demonstrates knowledge of medications and their correct administration.
• RN (Float) is required to travel and provide care within a designated Benedictine region as required/needed.
• Must hold current state licensure as a RN in good standing
• Possess organization skills required to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate resident care
• Have excellent communication skills
• Be able to read, write, and communicate in English
