Job summary

Benedictine is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join the float team, providing care across multiple Benedictine facilities and interacting with residents and team members.

The RN Float travels as needed to offer comprehensive care, develops and implements care plans, and administers medications while collaborating with a compassionate team to support residents.

Qualifications

• Must hold current RN licensure in good standing.
• Possess organization skills to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate resident care.
• Have excellent communication skills.
• Be able to read, write, and communicate in English.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement appropriate plan of care based on assessment.
• Demonstrate knowledge of medications and their correct administration.
• Travel within a designated Benedictine region to provide care as required.

We're looking for a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) Float to join our compassionate, care-giving team and partner with us to continue our reputation of caring for people's loved ones.
