Benedictine is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our float team in the upper Midwest. This RN Float will travel across Benedictine facilities to provide compassionate, high‑quality resident care, developing and implementing care plans, and ensuring safe medication administration.

• The RN develops and implements appropriate plan of care based on assessment.
• The RN demonstrates knowledge of medications and their correct administration.
• RN (Float) is required to travel and provide care within a designated Benedictine region as required/needed.
• Must hold current state licensure as a RN in good standing
• Possess organization skills required to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate resident care
• Have excellent communication skills
• Be able to read, write, and communicate in English
