American Traveler, LLC. is seeking a Surgical Tech for a CVOR role in Tacoma, WA. Requires 2 years of cardiac surgery experience and BLS certification.

Strongly preferred crisis protocol certification and an active license where applicable. The position includes a structured day shift with call requirements and benefits to support travel healthcare professionals. Responsibilities include supporting the CVOR unit with multiple cases daily, operating with Epic EMR, and utilizing hospital scrubs

BLS certification required.
Crisis Protocol Approved certification required.
License required if applicable.

Responsibilities

Acute care CVOR unit with 2 surgical suites averaging 4 cases per day.
Common cases include CABG, TAVR, valve replacements (minimally invasive and open).
Day shift 0630-1700.
Weeknight, weekend, and holiday call with 30-minute response time.
Must take at least 10 call shifts within a 6-week schedule.
Floating to Main OR as needed.
Uses Epic EMR.
Hospital provides scrubs; orientation provided.

License required if applicable
Two professional references required: one supervisor from within the last 12 months worked and one peer or supervisor from within the last 3 years worked, including dates of employment and eligibility for rehire
Copy of driver's license required for consideration

Responsibilities

Day shift schedule from 0630-1700
Weeknight, weekend, and holiday call requirements with a 30-minute call response time
