American Traveler seeks a Certified Surgical Technologist for an operating room position in Oklahoma City. The role requires 1+ year of OR experience and BLS certification, with CST certification preferred.

Responsibilities include supporting a 23-OR complex, 1:1 patient care, various specialty equipment, and EPIC EMR usage. Day shift (4x10) with weekend hours and call rotations are required.

Qualifications

• BLS certification from AHA required.
• CST certification preferred.
• License required if applicable.
• Minimum of 1 year of recent OR experience required.
• Professional, enthusiastic demeanor with willingness to participate in all aspects of patient care and teamwork in periop areas.

Responsibilities

• Hospital OR complex with 23 ORs; patient ratio 1:1.
• Use various specialty equipment depending on case type.
• Operate in EPIC EMR system.
• Day shift on a 4x10 schedule; weekend hours as required.
• Call requirements include rotations with self sign-up, M-F 1100-0700.
• Floating to meet facility needs as required.
• Support diverse surgical specialties including neurology, urology, oncology, gynecology, robotics, orthopedics, podiatry, ENT, OMF and general surgery.
• Collaborate with the periop team to ensure smooth surgical workflows.
• Up to 5 days off allowed and must be made up during assignment.
• Local candidates accepted.

Responsibilities

• Hospital OR Complex with 23 ORs operating out of 18
• Patient ratio of 1:1
• Various specialty equipment used depending on case type
• EPIC EMR system used
• Day shift, 4x10 schedule
• Weekend hours as required by facility
• Call requirements include 2 primary and 2 backup rotations over a 2-month period with self sign-up opportunities, M-F 1100-0700
• Float requirements as required by facility
• Patient population includes neurology, urology, oncology, gynecology, robotics, orthopedics, podiatry, ENT, OMF, and general surgery cases
• Light blue scrubs provided by facility
• Support a full range of surgical specialties including neurology, urology, oncology, gynecology, robotics, orthopedics, podiatry, ENT, OMF, and general surgery
• Collaborate closely with the periop team to ensure smooth surgical workflows
• Up to 5 days of requested time off allowed but must be made up during the assignment
• Local candidates accepted
