Job summary

American Traveler seeks a Certified Surgical Technologist for a busy hospital OR in New Hampshire. The role requires recent Level 1 or Level 2 trauma experience and active national certification for surgical technologists.

You will work in a 26-suite high-tech OR serving inpatient and outpatient procedures and cover a wide range of specialties. The position offers shift variety, travel housing support, licensure reimbursement, and non-taxed per diem/subsidy.

Qualifications

• BLS certification is required.
• National certification as a Surgical Technologist is required.
• Recent Level 1 or comparable Level 2 Trauma experience within 2 years.
• New Hampshire Med Tech license required upon acceptance.

Responsibilities

• Work in a 26-suite high-tech operating room performing both inpatient and outpatient procedures.
• Care for patients across the lifespan including neonates to geriatrics.
• Support a wide range of surgical services across multiple specialties.
• Accept various shift options and 4-5 additional on-call obligations per 13-week contract.
• Candidates must reside more than 75 miles from the facility and local candidates are not accepted.

• Recent Level 1 or comparable Level 2 Trauma experience required within the last 2 years
• New Hampshire Med Tech license required upon acceptance
• License required if applicable

Responsibilities

• Work in a 26-suite high-tech operating room performing both inpatient and outpatient procedures
• Care for patients across the lifespan, including neonate, pediatric, adult, and geriatric populations
• Support a wide range of surgical services including ENT, general surgery, orthopedics, plastics, urology, gynecology, ophthalmology, oral surgery, neuro, robotics, vascular, and cardiothoracic surgery
• Various shift options available
• Requires 4-5 additional shift or on-call obligations per 13-week contract, which may include weekday nights or weekend day/night shifts differing from the regular schedule
• Candidates must reside more than 75 miles from the facility to be eligible
• Local candidates are not accepted for this position
