A Quality Facility Services (AQFS) is hiring a Traveling Supervisor to lead operations across facilities in Ohio and Pennsylvania. The role emphasizes supervision, problem-solving, and hands-on leadership during the 2nd shift (5 PM–1 AM). You will travel regularly and support diverse client sites.

Qualifications

• Leadership and supervisory experience.
• Ability to travel up to 2–3 hours from home base.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Janitorial/facility services experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Travel to multiple facilities to supervise operations and support teams.
• Lead by example and assist with cleaning duties when needed.
• Train, coach, and motivate employees.
• Conduct inspections and final walkthroughs.
• Resolve issues quickly and professionally.
• Monitor labor hours and productivity.
• Deliver supplies and ensure teams are fully prepared.
• Communicate updates and expectations clearly.
• Work directly with the Area Manager to improve operations and client satisfaction.
• Document site visits and customer interactions.
