A Quality Facility Services in Brackenridge, PA is seeking a hands-on Supervisor to lead daily operations, coach a hardworking team, and ensure top-quality service delivery.

You’ll train and motivate staff, perform quality inspections, manage inventory and labor hours, handle customer concerns, and run daily huddles while coordinating with the Area Manager on a 2nd shift. AQFS offers growth, benefits, and company events.

Qualifications

• Reliable transportation and a clean driving record.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Organized with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and problem-solve.
• Prior supervisory experience preferred.
• Stable work history.
• Experience managing labor hours and inventory.
• Bilingual is a plus.
• Ability to work 2nd shift.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support daily operations at assigned sites
• Train, coach, and motivate team members
• Perform quality inspections and follow up on corrections
• Assist with cleaning tasks when needed
• Manage inventory, supplies, and ordering
• Monitor labor hours and stay within budget
• Handle customer concerns professionally
• Run daily team huddles and meet weekly with the Area Manager
• Communicate updates clearly, including schedules, policies, and procedures
• Identify employees ready for advancement
• Improve processes to increase efficiency
