A Quality Facility Services (AQFS) is actively seeking a Floating Supervisor to manage operations across Ohio and Pennsylvania. The role supports multiple facilities with a focus on leadership during the 2nd shift (5 PM – 1 AM).

Travel is required, and the position offers growth, training, and competitive compensation. Responsibilities include supervising teams, coaching staff, performing inspections, and ensuring client satisfaction.

Formación

• Experience leading teams in janitorial/facility services.
• Willing to travel up to 2–3 hours from home base.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilidades

• Travel to multiple facilities to supervise operations and support teams.
• Lead by example and assist with cleaning duties when needed.
• Train, coach, and motivate employees.
• Conduct inspections and final walkthroughs.
• Resolve issues quickly and professionally.
• Monitor labor hours and productivity.
• Deliver supplies and ensure teams are prepared.
• Communicate updates and expectations clearly.
• Work with Area Manager to improve operations and client satisfaction.
• Document site visits and customer interactions in Salesforce.

What You’ll Do

• Previous supervisory experience preferred
• Stable work history
