Job summary

A Quality Facility Services is seeking a hands-on Supervisor in Twinsburg, OH to lead daily operations at assigned sites, coach a hardworking team, and ensure top-quality service delivery.

You’ll run daily team huddles, monitor labor hours and inventory, address client concerns, and identify employees ready for advancement while driving continuous improvement within AQFS.

Qualifications

• Leadership and communication abilities essential.
• Organized with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and solve problems effectively.
• Prior supervisory experience preferred.
• Stable work history demonstrated.
• Experience managing labor hours and inventory.
• Bilingual is a plus (Spanish/English helpful).
• Reliable transportation with clean driving record.

Responsibilities
