Job summary

Scott Humphrey Corporation seeks an experienced Travel Superintendent to lead ground-up QSR construction projects across the United States. You will oversee on-site activities, coordinate subcontractors and field personnel, and ensure work meets safety, schedule, and budget targets.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years as a superintendent in commercial construction with strong ground-up QSR experience and a proven ability to manage multiple subcontractors while maintaining aggressive timelines.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent on commercial construction projects.
• Proven ground-up QSR experience is strongly preferred.
• Experience building projects for brands like Panda Express, Chick-fil-A, Taco Bell, Whataburger, Raising Cane's, McDonald's, Starbucks, Dutch Bros, Wendy's, Burger King, or similar restaurants.
• Ability to manage multiple subcontractors and maintain aggressive schedules.

• Maintain communication with Project Managers, owners, architects, and inspectors.
• Enforce OSHA safety standards and company safety policies.
