About the Role:

We are seeking a seasoned Travel Superintendent Lead with extensive ground-up hotel construction experience. This role requires a field-based leader who can oversee hospitality projects across the Southeast and beyond. The ideal candidate resides in the Southeast and is comfortable with regional or national travel to manage project sites.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead all on-site construction operations from mobilization through project closeout
• Supervise subcontractors, vendors, and field crews to ensure timely and quality execution
• Enforce and maintain site safety protocols in compliance with OSHA standards
• Manage construction schedules, ensure adherence to milestones, and maintain progress tracking
• Coordinate logistics, material deliveries, and workforce requirements
• Facilitate daily site meetings and weekly progress reviews
• Communicate effectively with Project Managers, clients, and third-party stakeholders
• Ensure construction aligns with architectural plans, building codes, and company standards
• Maintain detailed daily reports and project documentation
• Support final inspections, punch list completion, and turnover documentation

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Superintendent, with demonstrated success in hotel/hospitality projects
• Strong leadership, site coordination, and conflict resolution skills
• Proficient with reading plans, construction sequencing, and scheduling software
• Highly organized with excellent communication skills
• Willing and able to travel frequently or stay on-site for project durations
