Job summary

Leoforce is seeking a Travel Structural Foreman (Commercial) in Atlanta, GA. The role leads crews performing structural steel erection, commercial framing, and formwork, ensuring builds meet specifications.

You will read blueprints, coordinate layouts, supervise crane operations and rigging, and manage daily schedules, safety meetings, and timesheets while traveling nationwide on projects with frequent longer assignments.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in structural steel, commercial framing, concrete formwork, or related structural construction work.
• Leadership experience managing multiple crews, subcontractors, or field personnel.
• Strong blueprint reading and layout knowledge.
• Ability to travel 100% for projects and work overtime, including every other weekend as required.
• OSHA 30, Qualified Rigger, Crane Signaler, AWS Welding, or First Aid/CPR certifications are a plus.
