Key responsibilities include leading field operations, coordinating steel deliveries, enforcing safety standards, and maintaining project schedules.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Superintendent with a focus on structural steel.
• Proven track record leading multi-level, large-scale projects.
• Deep understanding of steel erection, sequencing, inspections, tolerances.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel frequently to job sites.

Responsibilities

• Lead all field operations on structural steel-focused projects, ensuring schedule, safety, and quality compliance.
• Coordinate steel deliveries, sequencing, and erection to minimize downtime.
• Enforce and uphold site-wide safety standards across multiple subcontractors and trades.
• Manage field conflicts, mis-fabrications, and schedule delays while keeping the project on track.
• Conduct and coordinate inspections to ensure compliance with engineering specs, codes, and client requirements.
• Build and maintain strong subcontractor relationships while ensuring accountability.
• Report progress, issues, and updates to project managers and clients.
• Motivate crews to perform under pressure and tight deadlines.
• Drive quality installation with precision in multi-level structural steel projects.
