Job summary

Sodexo Live! is seeking several experienced Stewarding Supervisors to support the Travel Team at prestigious venues. The Steward Supervisor oversees the stewarding area, leads shifts, and ensures cleanliness, inventory, and proper handling of banqueting items.

You will supervise the stewarding crew, coordinate with culinary staff, and adapt to nights, weekends and holidays during events; a high school diploma and 1–2 years supervisory experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–2 years supervisory experience in a food service environment preferred.
• Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions.
• Strong teamwork and cross-department collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Supervise stewarding and support the Executive Steward in daily operations.
• Ensure staff coverage and delegate daily duties for the stewarding team.
• Inspect tasks and supervise stewards and porters as needed.
• Assist in conventions, catering, and game-day events.
• Support plating and delivery of meals to banquet areas.
