American Traveler, LLC. is hiring a Stepdown RN for a night shift in Florida. The unit is a 29-bed stepdown with telemetry, requiring 2+ years of recent stepdown/ICU experience and an active Florida RN license. BLS/ACLS and NIH Stroke Scale certifications are required, along with Epic EMR experience.

The role involves night shifts (7:00 PM–7:30 AM), 1:3 nurse-to-patient ratio, and a schedule including 23 major holidays. Travel rate applies with regional restrictions for locals.

Qualificações

• Active FL or compact RN license required.
• BLS and ACLS certification via AHA required.
• NIH Stroke Scale certification required.
• Minimum 2 years of recent stepdown or ICU experience within last 3 years.
• Minimum 80-hour critical care course or 5 years of acute care ICU experience required.
• Epic EMR experience required.

Responsabilidades

• Care for 29-bed Stepdown Unit with telemetry and stepdown patients.
• Night shift, 7:00 PM–7:30 AM, 3x12 hours.
• Nurse-to-patient ratio of 1:3.
• Float to other telemetry floors as needed.
• Care for total-care patients with ICU-level acuity (ventilator management not required).
• Work 23 major holidays; smoke-free facility.
• Locals within 60-mile radius receive lower bill rate; travelers outside 60 miles qualify for standard travel rate.
