Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a Stepdown RN for a 13-week travel assignment in Omaha, NE. The position offers nights, a 3x12 schedule, and a weekly pay range of $2,209 to $2,350.

You will join TravelNurseSource's network for a rewarding travel nursing experience, with competitive benefits and support from a dedicated clinical team throughout the assignment. Start date is 9/21/2026, with licensing and credentialing support as you deliver high-quality cardiac telemetry care.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in good standing and in compliance with state regulations.
• BLS Certification (AHA/ARC) required.
• ACLS Certification (AHA/ARC) required.
• PCCN Certification and NIHSS Certification preferred.
• Other certifications and licenses may be required for this position.

Responsibilities

• Monitor cardiac rhythms, vital signs, and telemetry data; respond to abnormalities.
• Administer medications and treatments with a focus on cardiac care.
• Assist physician during cardiac procedures and exams.
• Maintain patient comfort and safety in telemetry units.
• Document nursing history and assess telemetry patients.
