Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a Travel Stepdown RN for a 13-week assignment in Omaha, NE. You will provide specialized care for patients transitioning from ICU, monitor cardiac status, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.

Shift: Nights, 3 days x 12 hours. Start date: 9/14/2026. Requirements include 1 year of Stepdown experience, active RN license, BLS and ACLS certifications. Competitive pay and benefits included.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of recent Stepdown RN experience.
• Current RN license in good standing.
• Active BLS and ACLS certifications.

Responsibilities

• Monitor telemetry, vital signs, and cardiac rhythms.
• Administer medications and treatments per plan of care.
• Assist with cardiac procedures and exams.
• Document patient status and respond to changes in condition.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team for safe, patient-centered care.
