Job summary

VyTalent Solutions is seeking a travel nurse RN Stepdown for a travel nursing job in Wheeling, West Virginia. This hospital contract places you in the IMC/PCU with 12-hour shifts and 48 hours per week.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active RN license for the state of WV/US.
• Experience in Stepdown/IMC/PCU settings is preferred.
• Travel RN assignments require flexibility and unit versatility.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care in IMU with 1:4 to 1:6 ratios.
• Read and interpret telemetry strips from monitors.
• Titrate drips (e.g., Amiodarone, Cardizem, Dopamine, Dobutamine, Labetalol, Nitro, Heparin).
• Administer Lasix when indicated and manage respiratory equipment.
• Float to different units as needed while maintaining patient ratios.
