Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing seeks a skilled Stepdown RN for a 13-week travel assignment in Springfield, MA. You will monitor telemetry, administer cardiac-focused care, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure safe, patient-centered care.

Requirements include one year of stepdown experience, active RN license in MA, BLS and ACLS certifications. The position offers competitive weekly pay and full benefits from day one.

Qualifications

One year of recent experience as a Stepdown RN.
Current RN license in compliance with state regulations.
Current BLS Certification (AHA/ARC).
Current ACLS Certification (AHA/ARC).

Responsibilities

Monitor telemetry data and respond to abnormalities.
Administer medications and treatments with a focus on cardiac care.
Prepare equipment and assist physicians during cardiac procedures.
Maintain comfort and safety of telemetry patients.
Document nursing history and assess patient status.
Educate patients on cardiac health and lifestyle changes.
Collaborate with the care team to ensure comprehensive telemetry care.
