Aya Healthcare has an immediate opening for a Step-down Registered Nurse in Saint Louis, MO. This 13-week assignment features a Nights shift (19:00–07:30) with a 4x12-hour schedule and 1 opening. Start date is 10/26/2026 and charting is Epic.

Qualifications

• 1 year RN experience required.
• Active MO or Compact license.
• BLS and ACLS certifications.

Responsibilities

• Provide step-down care for high-acuity patients.
• Monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms and telemetry.
• Administer medications and manage IVs, lines, and drains.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to ensure patient safety and outcomes.

  • Certifications: BLS, ACLS
