Aya Healthcare has an immediate opening for a Step down Registered Nurse in Saint Louis, MO. This one-time assignment runs for 13 weeks with a Nights schedule (3, 12-hour shifts: 19:00-07:30). Start date is 10/19/2026, with 1 opening at an acute care hospital using Epic charting.

Experience in arterial line management, cardiac telemetry, and vent patient care is required; ACLS, BLS, and NIHSS certifications are expected. Travel experience is required; MO license or compact licensure is preferred.
