Role Overview: A Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) is responsible for assessing and treating patients with speech, hearing, and language deficits. They develop individualized care plans, set achievable goals to improve communication and swallowing skills, and provide skilled therapy services in accordance with physician orders.

• Key Responsibilities: Conduct assessments, plan, evaluate, and modify therapy interventions; teach patients sound production, voice improvement, language skills, and swallowing techniques; help patients regain or develop effective communication and swallowing abilities to support their social, educational, and vocational roles.
• Qualifications & Skills: Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, current state licensure or active application process, CCCs, at least one year of experience, current CPR certification; additional requirements may be specified by the facility.
