Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a Travel Speech Language Pathologist for a 13-week assignment at a facility in Front Royal, Virginia. The SLP will evaluate, diagnose, and treat communication and swallowing disorders across all ages, developing individualized therapy plans in collaboration with an interdisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Requires SLP licensure in state
• BLS certification required
• Master's degree or higher in Speech-Language Pathology preferred
• CCC-SLP preferred

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and diagnose speech, language, voice, fluency, and swallowing disorders across diverse patients
• Design personalized therapy plans based on assessments and goals
• Document progress and maintain EMR accurately
• Educate patients and families on communication strategies and home exercises
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care
• Maintain safe treatment environment and follow infection control protocols
• Participate in quality assurance and professional development
• Perform other duties within scope of practice
