Personal Touch Home Health Care Services Inc. seeks a travel Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide expert clinical services in a skilled nursing setting across Missouri.

You will assess, diagnose, and treat communication, cognitive, and swallowing disorders, and collaborate with the care team to support patient discharge. Responsibilities include developing personalized treatment plans, documenting progress, supervising CFY or students, and ensuring compliance with ASHA and state

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of SLP experience.
• Active Missouri State License and ASHA licensure.
• CCC certification required.
• Preferred: CCS certification.

Role

Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) for a travel position.

Responsibilities

• Assessing, diagnosing, and rehabilitating patients with communication, cognitive, or swallowing disorders.
• Developing personalized treatment plans, utilizing assessments, documenting progress, collaborating with healthcare teams, supporting patient discharge, supervising Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) or students, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum of one year of SLP experience, Missouri State License, Certified Clinical Competence (CCC), active ASHA and State licensure.
• Preferred: three years of experience with active Certified Clinical Specialist (CCS) certification.
• Ability to adhere to ASHA and state practice acts, codes, and ethics.

Key Duties

• Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, document patient progress, support team collaboration, supervise students or CFY, and obtain necessary supplies.
