Fairview Hospital / Cleveland Clinic is seeking a Travel Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) specializing in Skilled Nursing Facilities. You will assess and treat communication and swallowing disorders across multiple SNFs, delivering services five days a week in 8-hour shifts.

The role requires a Master's in Speech-Language Pathology, ASHA CCC-SLP, active state licensure, and BLS. You’ll collaborate with healthcare teams, maintain documentation, and benefit from paid housing, travel and license

Role:

Travel Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) specializing in Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNF).

Responsibilities:

Provide speech and swallowing disorder assessments and therapies across multiple facilities, ensuring communication and functional swallowing improvements for patients. Floating between nearby SNFs and delivering services five days a week, with 8-hour shifts.

Qualifications:

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program, current Certificate of Clinical Competence from ASHA, active state license, and BLS certification.

Skills & Duties:

Ability to evaluate and treat communication and swallowing issues, adapt to different facility settings, and work collaboratively with healthcare teams. Maintain documentation and deliver quality patient care in diverse environments.
