Job summary

Fairview Hospital / Cleveland Clinic is seeking a Travel Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) specializing in therapy within Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNF). This role involves assessing and treating patients with communication and swallowing disorders across diverse settings.

Candidates must have a Master’s in SLP, CFY completion, ASHA CCC-SLP, active state license, and BLS if required, with the ability to travel and work 8-hour shifts, 40 hours per week.

Qualifications

• Must hold a Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Completion of CFY or CFY-equivalent.
• Active ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP).
• Current State License and BLS certification if required.
