Job summary

Health, Inc. invites a Travel Speech-Language Pathologist to join our skilled nursing facility network.

You will assess and treat communication and swallowing disorders, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to implement patient-centered care plans. Responsibilities include delivering therapy on a consistent schedule (8:30 AM–4:30 PM), maintaining thorough documentation, and contributing to patient recovery and communication improvement.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Completion of CFY and current Certificate of Clinical Competence from ASHA.
• Active State License required.
• BLS Certification may be required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver therapy services in SNF during scheduled shifts (8:30 AM – 4:30 PM).
• Maintain documentation and progress notes.
• Contribute to patient recovery and communication improvement.
