Job summary

Elara Caring is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to deliver in-home therapy across our branch network. You will assess, plan, and provide direct speech-language pathology services in patients' homes, adapting therapy to each setting and documenting progress.

This role requires a Master’s in Speech-Language Pathology, an active SLP license, at least one year of clinical experience, and willingness to travel up to 50% with a reliable vehicle.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Current, unrestricted SLP license in the state of work.
• Minimum one year of clinical SLP experience.
• Willingness to travel 50% within branch/office coverage area.
• Reliable vehicle, valid driver’s license, and auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Provides direct Speech-Language pathology services in patients' homes.
• Develops and implements Plan of Care based on evaluations and findings.
• Documents therapy notes and collaborates with physicians and team members.
• Ensures compliance with regulatory guidelines and discharge planning.
