Job summary

Elara Caring is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to join our home-based care team, delivering high-quality therapy in patients’ homes and supporting their health journeys every day. Requirements include a Master’s degree in Language Pathology and an active SLP license, at least one year of clinical experience, and willingness to travel up to 50% with a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Must be able and willing to travel 50%
• Able to frequently lift, push, pull, and support up to 50 pounds
• Must have a dependable vehicle and valid driver’s license

Responsibilities

• Promotes Elara Caring’s philosophy, mission and policies to ensure quality of care
• Evaluates patients and develops a plan of care in accordance with findings
• Performs direct Speech-Language pathology services in home settings
• Writes physician orders and coordinates with care team
• Ensures accurate therapy notes and logs are maintained
