23XI Racing is seeking a Travel Specialist to coordinate travel for the team, guests, and partners, ensuring smooth itineraries for race weekends and events. You will manage air, hotel, and ground arrangements while maintaining strong communication and documentation.

The role requires 2+ years in admin/travel roles, excellent MS Office skills, and willingness to travel and work weekends in a fast-paced environment in Huntersville, NC.

Qualifications

  • High School is required.
  • Associates degree or higher in related field is a plus.
  • 2+ years of experience in an administrative support, travel and/or event coordinator role is required.
  • Strong computer skills - proficient in all MS Office software programs.
  • Must be willing to travel and be on call during weekends.
  • Excellent grammar and creative writing skills.
  • Attention to detail and organization skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team and operate well under pressure to meet tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate travel for employees, guests, and partners including air travel, hotel accommodations, and ground transportation per the 23XI Travel Policy.
  • Track, maintain and solve company travel issues as they occur.
  • Serve as the main travel contact during race weekends.
  • Manage all travel and event communications (verbal and written) to prepare for and execute a flawless experience from start to finish.
  • Reconcile post-race rental car and hotel folios.
  • Work with outside travel vendors in a professional and efficient manner.
  • Provide contingency planning for flight delays, cancellations, or other travel disruptions, ensuring minimal impact on race operations.
  • Prepare documents as needed, including expense reports and memos.
  • Represent 23XI Racing in a professional manner at all times.
  • Special projects as assigned.
  • Other duties as assigned by Manager.

Position Overview

Primary responsibility of the Travel Specialist is to perform a variety of planning, travel and administrative tasks. Duties of the Travel Specialist include but are not limited to making travel arrangements for the team for race weekends and non-race day events, and day-to-day project management.

Required Skills, Experience and Abilities

To perform the job successfully, you should demonstrate the following competencies:

  • High School required
  • Associates degree or higher in related field is a plus
  • 2+ years of experience in an administrative support, travel and/or event coordinator role is required
  • Strong computer skills - proficient in all MS Office software programs. Additional programs and platforms are a plus
  • Must be willing to travel
