Job summary

Provalus is seeking a Traveling Software Trainer to deliver onboarding and training for dental practice management software. You will train dental staff in person and virtually, helping them understand software workflows and best practices.

This role requires regular travel to client sites in the United States with remote training from a Provalus Service Delivery Center when not on site. You will use Salesforce, TaskRay, CXOne, Bomgar, and Skilljar LMS to support implementations and maintain

Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain software concepts clearly to users with varying levels of software experience.
• Ability to facilitate engaging training sessions in both virtual and in-person settings.
• Experience delivering software training, onboarding, or related customer-facing instruction.

Responsibilities

• Live Training Delivery: Deliver live, in-person and virtual software training sessions for dental staff, customized to each customer’s implementation needs.
• Workflow Training: Train customers on key practice management workflows including scheduling, billing, patient communication, and clinical documentation.
• Onboarding Support: Serve as a point of contact during onboarding, answering questions related to software functionality and best practices.
• Implementation Collaboration: Support software implementation activities with project managers and training leaders to ensure onboarding success.
• Data Conversion Support: Coordinate with teams to promote accurate data migration and system setup.
• Resource Development: Create and update training resources, user guides, and onboarding playbooks.
• Feedback & Improvement: Collect customer feedback to improve training quality and documentation.
• Standards Compliance: Follow training materials, SOPs, and compliance requirements.
• Stakeholder Communication: Maintain professional communication with customers and internal teams.
