Provalus seeks a Traveling Software Trainer to deliver onboarding and training for dental practice management software. The role involves in-person and virtual sessions at client sites, plus remote training when not traveling.

You’ll learn client tools (Office, Salesforce, LMS) and create training resources while ensuring security and compliance. This is a full-time, travel-intensive position with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering software training, onboarding, or customer-facing instruction.
• Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to users with varying levels of software experience.
• Ability to facilitate engaging training sessions in both virtual and in-person settings.

Responsabilités

• Deliver live, in-person and virtual software training sessions for dental practice staff.
• Train customers on core practice management workflows (scheduling, billing, patient comms, documentation).
• Serve as onboarding point of contact, addressing software functionality and best practices.
• Collaborate with project managers and implementation teams to ensure smooth onboarding.
• Coordinate with teams to promote accurate data migration and system setup.
• Create and update training resources, guides, and onboarding playbooks.
• Collect feedback to improve training quality and documentation.
