Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field.
• Maryland State SLP license required before submission.
• ASHA CCC required.
• PEL School Endorsement preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify speech, language, and communication disorders.
• Develop and implement IEP goals and treatment plans.
• Provide direct therapy to students in individual and group settings.
• Monitor progress and adjust plans as needed.
• Train teachers and staff on effective speech-language strategies.
