Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Speech Language Pathology (SLP) or related field.
• State licensure as an SLP in the resident state.
• CCC certification from ASHA is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments to identify speech, language, and communication disorders.
• Develop and implement IEP goals for students with speech needs.
• Provide direct therapy to students in individual and group settings.
• Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Train teachers and staff on strategies to support speech goals.
