Fusion Medical Staffing-Therapy seeks a Speech Language Pathologist for a 13-week travel assignment in Redding, CA. You will evaluate and treat speech, language, and swallowing disorders, delivering individualized therapy in diverse settings.

The role emphasizes collaboration with interdisciplinary teams, comprehensive benefits, and support from a dedicated clinical staff to help you succeed on assignments across the country.

Qualifikationen

• Valid Speech Language Pathologist License in compliance with state regulations.
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC).
• Master’s Degree or higher in Speech Language Pathology (preferred).
• Current CCC-SLP credential (preferred).

Aufgaben

• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat communication and swallowing disorders across age groups.
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans based on evaluations.
• Maintain accurate documentation in the EMR and monitor progress.
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers on communication strategies and safe swallowing.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care.
• Maintain safety and infection control during therapy sessions.
• Engage in ongoing professional development and quality assurance tasks.
• Perform additional duties as required within scope of practice.
