Qualifications

• Valid SLP license in good standing.
• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience.
• Ability to adapt to diverse settings and patient needs.
• Excellent communication, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to travel across California.

Responsibilities

• Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders in patients of all ages.
• Develop individualized treatment plans to improve communication, cognition, and swallowing.
• Collaborate with doctors, nurses, and families to deliver comprehensive care.
• Educate patients and families on therapeutic strategies for communication and speech improvement.
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress notes.
