Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing-Therapy is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week travel assignment in Redding, CA. The role involves evaluating and treating patients to improve mobility and quality of life within hospitals, clinics, or rehabilitation centers.

The position requires a valid PT license, current BLS, and may prefer a Doctorate in Physical Therapy. New grads are welcome to apply, with travel compensation and benefits offered.

Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapy license in compliance with state regulations.
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC).
• Doctorate degree in physical therapy (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients’ physical conditions and identify functional limitations.
• Develop personalized rehabilitation programs based on assessments.
• Implement therapy plans to improve mobility and reduce pain.
• Document evaluations, interventions, and outcomes in medical records.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other therapists for coordinated care.
• Educate patients on home exercise programs and injury prevention.
